Friday April 3rd

• 8:00am – 1:00pm: Show ‘N' Shine - Eighth St & Langtree Ave Boats to be in place by 7am. Please arrive from 5:30am.
  *This is compulsory for all boats that are entered in this year's race.
  No Show ‘N' Shine, No Race.
  If you can not attend, please inform the club in writing.
• 2:00pm - 6:00pm: Boat/Competitor Scrutineering & Race Pack Collection - GTS Transport, 564/580 Benetook Ave, Mildura

Saturday April 4th

Tickets at the gate: Adults $15 per day, Children u/18 $10 per day, Children u/12 FREE.

• 7:30am - 8:30am: Scrutineering by appointment only
• 7:30am - 8:30am: All Competitors Breath Testing at Mildura Ski Club
• 8:30am: All Competitor Briefing at Mildura Ski Club.
  * This will be a Roll Call. No Attendance. No Race.
• 9:30am: Qualifying Sprint first leg starts, leaving 1 boat at a time 30 seconds apart from Mildura Ski Club to Psyche Bend.
• 11:00am (approx.): Blown Boat Display at Mildura Ski Club.
• 11:30am (approx): Qualifying Sprint return leg starts, leaving 1 boat at a time 30 seconds apart from Psyche Bend to Mildura Ski Club.
• 1:00pm (approx): All boats home at Mildura Ski Club.
• 1:15pm (approx.): Blown Boat Display at Mildura Ski Club.
• 2:00pm (approx.): Top 25 boats from the earlier Qualifying Sprint will parade in a group back to Psyche Bend for the start of the Shootout.
• 3:00pm (approx): Start of the reverse grid shootout for the top 25 fastest boats from the morning Qualifying Sprint. leaving 1 boat at a time 1 minute apart from Psyche Bend to Mildura Ski Club.
• 4:00pm (approx.): Blown Boat Display at Mildura Ski Club.
• 4:30pm (approx): Saturday Presentation at Mildura Ski Club.
• 6:00pm (approx.): We invite you all to stay down at the club for dinner and drinks into the night, to catch up with friends and enjoy the company of our racing counterparts.

Sunday April 5th

• 9:15am: National Anthem & Minute's Silence, remembering our racing members and connections, who are no longer with us & Mayor Welcome.
• 9:30am: 100km Long Race first leg starts, leaving 1 boat at a time 1 minute apart from Mildura Ski Club to Wicketts Sandbar.
• 11:30am (approx.): Blown Boat Display at Mildura Ski Club.
• 12:30pm (approx): 100km Long Race return leg starts, leaving 1 boat at a time 1 minute apart from Wicketts Sandbar to Mildura Ski Club.
• 2:30pm (approx): All boats home at Mildura Ski Club.
• 3:00pm (approx.): Blown Boat Display at Mildura Ski Club.
• 4:00pm (approx.): Sunday and Outright Presentation at Mildura Ski Club.
